Started With a Truck, a Crew of Three, and a Handshake
G&S Restoration Group started in 2010 when two partners decided the construction industry needed more honesty and less runaround. We began with residential concrete work — driveways, sidewalks, small patio jobs — and earned every next project through the quality of the last one.
Word spread. Homeowners recommended us to neighbors. Property managers started calling. Within a few years we’d grown into a full-service construction and restoration company handling everything from masonry and waterproofing to complete home builds and commercial facade restorations.
Today, G&S has completed over 500 projects across the metro area. Our crew has grown, our capabilities have expanded, but our approach hasn’t changed: show up on time, communicate clearly, do the work right, and leave the site cleaner than we found it.

How We Got Here
Company Founded
Started with residential concrete — driveways, sidewalks, and small patios. Three crew members, one truck, and a commitment to quality.

Added brick pointing, parapet walls, lintel replacement, and facade restoration to our services. Grew to a crew of 15.
Commercial Projects
Took on our first major commercial restoration — a full facade rebuild with Local Law #11 compliance. Opened new doors to commercial and property management clients.

Became a licensed general contractor offering kitchen & bath remodels, extensions, dormers, roofing, siding, waterproofing, and new home builds.
500th Project Milestone
Completed our 500th project — a full brownstone restoration in Brooklyn. Grew to a crew of 50+ across multiple trades.
